People are the most important asset of the company. SAE put words into actions by investment in developing our people, to make sure that being a member of SAE, everyone learns and grows together with the company.
Staff members are provided with orientation training the first thing they begin to work with the company. This will be followed by on-job training in technical areas and in managerial skills as they progress with their career in SAE. In addition, SAE also works together with top universities in PRC for in-house MSc programs in order that the team keeps stimulated and remains competitive in terms of innovation and creativity. These advanced degree programs have since covered the areas of physics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, engineering management, and software engineering.
Not only staff members, but line leaders and operators working in our production lines have their parts as well. Orientation training, skill-based training, and post-secondary studies in collaboration with local educational institutions are among the initiatives we organize for this group of our workforce on a regular basis.
